Fantastic Stay at an Excellent Hotel

My wife and I found the check-in process very quick upon arrival. We could have dinner because it was being served until 10pm. There was always an amazing array of food in the restaurant. Soft drinks, beer, ice cream, and coffee were available at the snack bar. The hotel is clean throughout, something we really look for.
The gym had limited equipment. But it was adequate for a quick workout

The hotel is near a bus station, offering convenient links to key parts. Several shops are nearby, providing easy access to essentials. It is a little isolated. the hourly courtesy bus to the nearby beach is very useful.

Our room was basic but very adequate for our needs. It was super clean, a great point. The maid visited daily. The balcony had a nice view.

The restaurant has wine taps, a nice touch. There was a station to build your own poke bowl which i LOVED. Food was fresh and tasty. The Asian night was our favourite theme.

The hotel has a basic gym with two treadmills. There is one cross trainer, a rowing machine, some weights, and a bench. The animation team hosted an array of activities during the day, a bonus.

the rooms were super clean upon arrival it made a great first impression the food had a great variety there was always something different to enjoy the free shuttle bus to the beach made getting there quick i used this service often
the hotel is a lot larger than i expected it was difficult to meet people because of so many nationalities

Solid Choice for a Relaxing Stay!
attentive staffconvenient receptionhygienic toilets
I found the staff to be attentive. The reception staff was available 24/7, a GREAT convenience. The toilets were consistently hygienic, a detail I noticed . This demonstrated their commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The mini market on site could have slightly more variety, but the spar around the corner mostly compensated for that.

The pirate ship pool is fantastic for young kids. It offers a safe and VERY engaging play area. I saw multiple activities scheduled throughout the day. The entertainment team seems to work hard to keep everyone engaged.

The hotel has 3 restaurants to choose a free meal from. This adds some welcome variety. One restaurant is Chinese, one is a sports bar, and the other has burgers. THIS was very good. The food was good, considering they serve a lot of people.
